We are delighted to announce that from January 2025 we will be launching our first two Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses and there are more coming down the line. NOW is your opportunity to sign up and take advantage of our Early Bird discounts. If you sign up now to be part of the January pilot course you pay Ā£75; compared to the full cost of the course which is Ā£275.Ā

What is CPD? Continuing Professional Development is essential in ensuring that your practice is current, informed, evolving and deepening. We offer CPD for our own Death Doula community as well as an inter-disciplinary CPD module called "Caring for Carers" which is suitable for all who work in the field of death, dying, grief and bereavement.

What does Grassroots and Community Led CPD mean? This means that we showcase and share the lived experiences of everyday folk as our primary resource material, drawing out learning points and important details for any professional through the extra-institutional lens. We invite those working in institutions to experience a space where death and loss are community events.

We offer online webinars with talks, shared inquiry and reflection (recordings available), worksheets and workbooks online (and available to order in print at a reasonable additional cost).

The first two CPD modules follow here and see below for details of those in development. In 2025 we also hope to start offering CPD accredited retreat experiences. Click on the Image for more information and to sign up!
